HIBL is a limited liability company registered in Bangladesh in 1997 to provide survey, inspection shipbuilding and repair consultancy services in Bangladesh to local and international clients. HIBL is part of the international network of Henderson International Group of companies situated across countries in the far East, the sub continent, Persian GUlf and Europe.

Since it's beginning in 1997, HIBL has performed over 750 high level jobs for Bangladeshi and International interests including surveys, inspection, accidents investigations, claim management and claim sattlement services.
HIBL has been serving major International Group P&I Clubs, Other Hull and Machinery and P&I Underwriters insurance brokers, maritime legal firms, shipoweners, charterers, exporters and importers.

Our Mission is to provide Independent, Expert and High-quality Marine Survey, Inspection Shipbuilding and ship repair Consultancy Services to the Global Marine Industry with a special focus to cater for the survey requirements of our clients in the P&I and H&M sector. We strive to achieve this by our team of highly competent and motivated surveyors having many years of sea-going and/ industry relevant experience in senior positions, and by being available 24/7 to assist our clients in the most prompt, effective and efficient manner whenever they are faced by any incident of problem in Bangladeshi ports.
